Booking Information
WHAT IS INCLUDED : WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED :

  1. Rental of house from Saturday 4p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m.
  2. Gas, water and electricity consumption.
  3. Heating including burning wood for log fires.
  4. Pets accepted.
  5. Access and full use of all facilities (heated pool, tennis, bikes(with child seats) ....
  6. Baby chair, bath and cots if necessary.
  7. Heated pool from April to October.
  1. Bed linen, towels and teatowels.
  2. Final cleaning.
  3. Optional extra cost are displayed below.
  4. Table tennis balls and racquets are not provided.
OPTIONAL SUPPLEMENTS (to be settled on site) :

  1. Inclusive hire of linen including : 2 sheets, pillow case, 1 bath mat, 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 2 flannels and 3 teatowels : 16 euros per person.
  2. Hire of linen only including : pair of sheets and pillow case : 13 euros per package.
  3. Laundry : washing machine : 3 euros per load, tumble drier : 3 euros per load.
  4. Final cleaning 35 euros per house of 4 people, 40 euros per house of 5 or 6 people and €60 for La Tour.
  5. Baby-sitting when available.
  6. Breakfast when available : 20 euros.
TERMS OF BOOKING :

  1. 25 % deposit with booking.
  2. Balance 4 weeks before arrival.
  3. In the event of cancellation :
    1. More than 30 days before arrival : 10 % of the total amount.
    2. Between 30 days and 21 days before arrival : 25 % of the total amount.
    3. Between 21 days and 7 days before arrival : 50 % of the total amount.
    4. Within 7 days before arrival : 100 % of the total amount.
  4. Any extra occupants over the capacity of the house will be charged €15 Per Person Per Night
